Discount Water heaters gave the lowest quote of the three I got for replacing my tank hot water heater with tankless. He did a great installation job. When the hot water heater displayed an error code a few months later he told me how to reset it in case it stopped working, and replaced the control board under warranty a few days later.

DWH has done a couple of jobs for us. You can count on them to be on time, professional, courteous, and fair. On our most recent service call, DWH extended the life of our water heater - the original unit installed when the home was built. Other companies may have pressured us into installing a new one, but given its condition and our use patterns, DWH advised us to repair the one we have. That was over a year ago, and it's still going strong. I highly recommend DWH. When our water heater does finally die, we'll be calling on DWH to replace it.

Great service. He was able to do the job the next day, and the cost was much lower than all other estimates. On time, left everything clean behind him. He even upgraded the hoses to stainless flex, and put a new valve on the humidifier line.
